Esports coaches are really similar to traditional sports coaches. They give you the guidance and personalized training you need to succeed as a professional esports athlete. They’ll teach you things like the latest in-game strategies, give tips on how to fine-tune skills like aiming or character mechanics, and help you navigate the mental pressure that comes with competitive situations.
All Vanta coaches have been through our rigorous multi-phase training program, which features a strong focus on social-emotional learning. We aim to ensure all Vanta coaches fall within the top 5% skill bracket for any of their chosen games.
